The legislation’s in-person-only rule forces gun owners to flash a photo ID at stores, obliterating the convenience of online ordering that millions rely on for bulk buys without hassle. No more stocking up on 9mm or .223 from home—now it’s drive time, lines, and scrutiny, all while urban thugs loot shelves unchecked.
