In a shocking decision that has left conservatives fuming, a federal judge has ordered the removal of a floating border wall in Texas. This horrendous ruling came from Senior U.S. District Judge David Alan Ezra, who clearly has no regard for the safety and security of our great nation.
Judge Ezra’s order prohibits the construction of any new buoys, blockades, or structures in the Rio Grande River. He even went so far as to demand that Texas reposition the existing barrier to the bank of the river by September 15, 2023. This is an outrageous overreach by an unelected judge who clearly prioritizes the interests of illegal immigrants over American citizens.
It’s heartening to see that Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott is not backing down in the face of this judicial activism. He immediately issued a statement vowing to appeal the decision and fight for the safety of the Lone Star State. Governor Abbott understands that it is Texas’s duty to step up and protect its own citizens when President Biden fails to do so.
Let’s be clear: this ruling is not just incorrect, but dangerous. It undermines the sovereign authority of Texas to secure its own border and protect its citizens from the chaos caused by President Biden’s disastrous open border policies. We need strategic barriers, we need the Texas National Guard, and we need the Department of Public Safety to defend our great state.
Meanwhile, in the liberal dystopia known as New York City, Democratic Mayor Eric Adams is finally waking up to the reality of the migrant crisis. He admitted that the city is facing a $12 billion deficit due to the influx of illegal immigrants. This crisis will have a devastating impact on every neighborhood and every resident. It’s a shame that it took a financial crisis for Mayor Adams to realize the enormous toll that illegal immigration takes on a city.
This ruling and Mayor Adams’s admission only confirm what conservatives have been saying all along: open borders policies are not only disastrous for our national security but also for our economy and the well-being of American citizens. It’s time for the Biden administration and liberal judges to stop prioritizing the interests of illegal immigrants over the safety and prosperity of our great nation. Texas will fight this ruling all the way to the Supreme Court, and we urge all Americans to stand with us in defense of our sovereignty and security.
