Senator John Fetterman’s (D-PA) incompetence was on full display during a Senate hearing on Sunday as he struggled to speak about the collapse of the important I-95 highway in his state. Viewers watched in disbelief as Fetterman stumbled over his words, repeated himself, and shared several uncomfortable pauses while trying to address the situation. His first utterance was “Uh, no, I – uh, would just, um, really like to, you know–the 95, 95, 95. You know?” He clearly had no idea what he was talking about.

Fetterman was not alone in his struggles as President Biden also appeared to have trouble making accurate statements. Townhall.com reported on Saturday, during a press briefing on the I-95 bridge collapse, Fetterman wore his trademark hoodie combined with workout shorts and sneakers to welcome the president of the United States to his turf. Meanwhile, the President forgot where his hometown was, claiming he grew up in Pennsylvania. Is this the kind of leadership that people want to represent the United States?
Governor Josh Shapiro said that the collapsed stretch of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia would reopen within two weeks, but Fetterman’s struggles continue to cause worries for Democrats and the people of Pennsylvania. He is in the first year of a six-year term, one that many worry he will not last to complete.
The Democrat Party is facing concerns with aging leaders in the next election, including 89-year-old Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). It’s time for them to consider a change in leadership, especially since health issues among its leadership cause concerns in the upcoming election and beyond. It is clear that Democrats have no idea how to fix the problems plaguing Pennsylvania’s I-95 highway. They’re too busy trying to cover up their failures instead of finding solutions that work. Republicans must step up in the next election and show the people of Pennsylvania they can get things done, unlike the current incompetent leadership.
