The Fifth Circuit Court just handed a gut punch to America’s fight against the open-border disaster, blocking former President Trump’s bold move to use the Alien Enemies Act to deport foreign invaders. More than 10 million illegal migrants have poured into the country under Biden’s watchful eye — a tidal wave of lawlessness that has left communities broken, crime soaring, and American lives lost. Yet when Trump tried to activate a nearly 230-year-old law designed for just such a situation — a law meant to deport foreign enemies in times of national crisis — a divided panel slapped him down, refusing to see mass migration as the invasion it clearly is.
The outrage here doesn’t stop at a legal technicality; it’s a full-throated rejection of defending the homeland. Two judges, including one appointed by Joe Biden himself, arrogantly declared that a foreign-backed invasion through mass migration isn’t “the modern-day equivalent” of an armed force crossing our borders. This is liberal nonsense at its worst: dismissing a clear and present danger to our nation because it doesn’t fit their narrow, politically correct narrative of what an “enemy” looks like. They have no problem turning a blind eye to millions breaching this country, but suddenly, the law can’t be used to stop them.

One judge on the panel saw through this farce and pushed back hard, reminding everyone that for over two centuries, the president’s power to declare a national invasion has been absolute and unassailable. But apparently, that tradition disappears when Trump is involved. The courts turned a blind eye to the American people’s demand for security, instead choosing to play judge and jury on a desperate attempt to reclaim our borders. This judicial activism is the kind of anti-American lunacy that guts executive power and lets lawlessness flourish.
Meanwhile, the Biden administration basks in hypocrisy. While their policies effectively open the gates and encourage mass invasion, these same bureaucrats and activists pretend the problem is too complicated for any firm action. Newsflash: it’s broken, and their refusal to enforce the law has turned America into a sanctuary for criminals and cartels. Biden’s migrants have caused untold American bloodshed through crime and tragic accidents. But instead of toughening immigration law enforcement, the courts are busy kneecapping those who dare to fight back.
If we won’t declare this invasion what it is—a coordinated attack on our sovereignty—then we have no country left to defend. The Supreme Court now faces a critical choice: uphold the president’s rightful power to protect the nation, or let the open border madness continue unchecked. Either we get serious about defending America, or we accept that no law, no president, and no court will stand in the way of a foreign invasion on our soil. What’s the point of a nation if it can’t defend its own borders?
