Find True Joy and Light Through Faith, Even in Darkest Days

In a world seemingly spun off its axis, remember those days not too long ago when joy was as scarce as toilet paper in 2020? While some folks couldn’t see past the headlines of doom and gloom, others found reasons to smile and remained steadfast in their pride as Americans. Why, you might ask? Well, that’s a mystery that might lead us down a rabbit hole, or should I say, a litter box?

Picture our friends on the left, constantly on a quest for self-discovery, much like a cat deciding which piece of furniture to scratch next. They’re often caught up in a whirlpool of feelings—today, perhaps identifying as anything from a cat to a coffee connoisseur, with a spilled soy latte mishap looming on the horizon. And let’s not forget the ever-present phone call to a certain influencer whenever the litter box of life gets a bit too messy.

Meanwhile, our Republican comrades stand tall, choosing paths that stretch beyond their own reflections. It’s not about what’s in the mirror; it’s about faith, family, and the joy of raising the next generation. Extravagant and ever-so-fulfilling choices, like investing in family and community, are the cornerstones of real joy, the kind that’s more reliable than an afternoon nap.

Liberty, a concept as fundamental as apple pie, seems to be woven into the very fabric of conservative life. Take the story of a proud parent at the height of a pandemic, armed with only a mask and a six-month-old daughter. This little one, pre-singing or speaking, is portrayed as having a rebellious spirit against face coverings—a statement intended to evoke more profound discourse than any White House briefing.

Fast forward five years, and young Eloise, still unfazed by the mask mandates, has grown taller and perhaps wiser. The battle continues, her resolve stronger than ever against the masked foes of yesteryear. While she may not physically surpass Dr. Fauci’s height, her stance remains a humorous metaphor for standing tall against restrictions. In their triumph, one can’t help but chuckle at how a bit of common sense and maybe a little extra determined spirit go a long way.
