Juan Williams, Fox News political analyst and former co-host of “The Five,” recently repeated one of President Biden’s most outrageous lies during an appearance on “Fox News Sunday.” Williams claimed that President Biden’s son Beau died in Iraq, in an attempt to defend the president’s support for his other son Hunter Biden, despite his questionable business practices and legal issues.

During a discussion about the president’s call for wealthy Americans to pay their fair share of taxes, a panelist pointed out that President Biden has defended his son Hunter, saying that he never did anything wrong. Williams responded by saying that Joe Biden loves his son and has stood by him, just as he did when his other son died in the war.

However, as much as President Biden may want to create a tragic narrative, the truth is that his son Beau did not die in Iraq. Beau Biden tragically passed away from cancer in 2015, while the Iraq War ended in 2011. It’s clear that President Biden has repeatedly made this false claim about his son’s death, and Williams was simply echoing it.

This isn’t the first time President Biden has made this false claim. He has brought it up in various speeches, including one where he blamed inflation on Russia’s war with Iraq, despite there being no such war. It’s concerning that the president would continue to perpetuate such a blatant lie, especially when it comes to the death of his own son.

While Juan Williams is known for his liberal views, it’s disappointing to see him perpetuate this falsehood on national television. It’s clear that he is following the party line and willing to spread lies to protect the president.
