In yet another attempt to brush off questions about their mishandling of documents, the Fulton County Clerk is backpedaling once again. This time, they’re claiming that the document showing charges against former President Donald Trump was just a “test sample” and not a real indictment. Seriously? It’s hard to believe that they expect anyone to buy this excuse.
First, the clerk’s office said that the charges hadn’t been filed. Then, they tried to pass off the document as “fictitious,” even though it appeared on the official county court portal. And now, they’re trying to convince us that it was just a test run. Give us a break! This level of incompetence is astounding.
But the real question here is how they managed to randomly choose the exact charges that the grand jury ended up indicting Trump on. Are we supposed to believe that it was just a lucky guess? It’s clear that there’s more going on here than meets the eye.
It’s time for the Fulton County Clerk to stop playing games and start being transparent. The American people deserve to know the truth, and it’s clear that they can’t be trusted to provide it. This is just another example of the lengths some will go to in order to smear the name of Donald Trump. It’s disgraceful and it needs to stop.
