It looks like the swamp just can’t help itself. As America faces threats abroad and chaos at home, the same establishment Republican donors are already scheming about who’ll carry their torch in 2028. Never mind that the world is on fire or that Democrats keep driving the country toward disaster—these out-of-touch elites are more focused on their cocktail parties and expensive donor dinners. While President Trump deals with the mess left by weak, dithering liberals, a certain crowd in Florida is plotting their next move.
Let’s be honest: most of these major GOP donors have little in common with real, hard-working patriots. They love talking about “electability”—code for candidates who play nice with globalists and won’t rock the boat. Instead of learning from the energy and relentless fighting spirit that put Trump in office, they daydream about getting back to business as usual. You know, open borders, endless foreign aid, selling out American jobs—exactly the liberal-lite recipe that made millions of voters turn their backs on Republicans in the first place.

Meanwhile, as Trump was taking bold action with our Israeli allies, sending a clear message to Iran, these so-called “leaders” were more interested in backroom gossip about future power grabs. Do these folks care about Main Street? Lower gas prices? A stronger border? Or do they just want to install another cardboard cutout who won’t upset their cushy status? The answer is obvious, and Americans are sick of the games.
Every time the establishment tries to anoint its next golden boy or girl, the grassroots rise. We saw it in 2016, and we’re seeing it again. Ordinary Americans are tired of endless wars, woke nonsense in schools, and being told what’s “best” for them by smug millionaires and Ivy League know-it-alls. The GOP doesn’t need a new puppet; it needs backbone, real leadership, and someone unafraid to call out both liberal insanity and so-called conservatives who enable it.
If the Republican Party wants to win—not just play for second place—it better stop listening to the same tired voices in fancy rooms. It’s past time to let the base, not the boardrooms, decide who leads. Will the party wake up before it’s too late? Or are we doomed to watch another handpicked, spineless nominee hand the country right back to radical Democrats?
