Businessman Vivek Ramaswamy is making waves at the GOP debate as the only attendee who isn’t “bought and paid for.” With his unfiltered honesty, Ramaswamy boldly declares that the “climate agenda” is nothing but a hoax. Ramaswamy firmly states, “The climate change agenda is a hoax, and let’s be honest as Republicans. I’m the only person on this stage who isn’t bought and paid for, so I can say this without any hidden agenda.” He goes on to explain that the anti-carbon agenda is suffocating our economy like a wet blanket. It’s time for us to declare independence from this oppressive and unfounded narrative.

Of course, not everyone is thrilled about Ramaswamy’s blunt stance. Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie quickly attacks the political newcomer, dismissing him as an “amateur.” But Ramaswamy is not one to back down. He mocks Christie, reminding him of the time he embraced Barack Obama during the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy and helped him get reelected.
Taking a jab at Christie’s favoritism towards Obama, Ramaswamy asks sarcastically, “Give me a hug, just like you did to Obama. Maybe then you’ll help elect me, just as you did for him.” It’s a clever reminder that Christie’s actions benefitted Obama during a crucial election.
In fact, numerous exit polls revealed that Obama’s handling of Hurricane Sandy played a significant role in voter decisions. Ramaswamy’s reference to this event underscores the importance of true Republican leadership during times of crisis.
As a conservative Republican news writer, it’s hard not to appreciate Ramaswamy’s boldness and refusal to conform to the liberal narrative. His unapologetic stance against the climate change agenda resonates with many conservatives who feel like their voices have been drowned out in the ongoing debate.
Ramaswamy may face criticism from some, but his willingness to speak his mind without being influenced by special interests is refreshing. It’s high time we have more candidates who challenge the status quo and question the validity of popular narratives. The climate change agenda may be a hoax, and it’s refreshing to have someone on stage who isn’t afraid to say it like it is.
