Oh, boy! House Republicans are at it again, folks! They’ve stuck it to those extreme Democrats with a sneaky little one-line provision in the final appropriations legislation. The provision stops the Biden administration from getting rid of our reliable, old-fashioned gas stoves.

Some bureaucrats at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission thought they could impose a ban on gas stoves based on some shaky studies about childhood asthma. But thank goodness for our Republican heroes who swooped in to save the day! They understand that messing with our gas stoves is just plain ridiculous.
The Energy Department wanted to push new regulations on gas stoves to make them more energy efficient and reduce pollution. But, let’s be real here, who needs all that government interference when you’re just trying to cook a nice meal?
Now, Speaker Mike Johnson and the gang are patting themselves on the back for including this crucial provision in the spending deal. They’re calling it a victory during their GOP conference meeting, and they’re not wrong!
But of course, those grumpy House Democrats just can’t resist raining on the parade. They’re whining about how the provision is completely unnecessary and causing trouble where there isn’t any. Typical!
Rep. Becca Balint from Vermont even went as far as calling the Republicans out for not knowing how to govern and accused them of relying on “stupid rhetoric.” Well, well, well, isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black?
It’s just the same old song and dance from the left. They can’t stand it when the Republicans actually make a difference and protect our freedoms. Sorry, Dems, but this time the gas stoves are here to stay, thanks to the brave and bold Republicans!
