Despite these efforts, the Trump campaign criticized Biden for his slow response to the protests, asserting that it took him weeks to publicly address the issue. They also blamed his administration's foreign policy for contributing to unrest in the U.S. and abroad. Matt Brooks, CEO of the Republican Jewish Coalition, stated that the rise in antisemitism and anti-Israel sentiment underlines why the Jewish community "needs" Trump to be reelected.
