House Republicans are taking a bold step by proposing to invoke the 25th Amendment against President Joe Biden. And you won’t believe their reasoning! According to a report from special counsel Robert Hur, Biden suffers from a poor memory. Yes, you heard that right, folks. The leader of our great nation can’t seem to remember some of the most important details of his own life.
Representative Claudia Tenney of New York is leading the charge, calling on Congress to “explore” the use of the 25th Amendment. This amendment allows the president’s cabinet to vote to remove him from office if they believe he is unable to fulfill his duties. And who can blame them? We need a leader with a sharp mind, not someone who forgets where they left the car keys.

Tenney expressed her concerns in a letter to U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland. She is alarmed that despite finding evidence of Biden repeatedly mishandling classified documents, the special counsel recommended not charging him. Talk about selective prosecution! If former President Trump can be held accountable, then why should Biden be exempt?
In Tenney’s opinion, the Justice Department should bring charges against Biden unless he is deemed mentally incompetent to stand trial. And given the compelling arguments made in the special counsel’s report, it’s hard not to question Biden’s mental acuity. I mean, who forgets what position they held and when? And don’t even get me started on not remembering when your own child died. That’s beyond concerning; it’s downright damning.
It is clear to Tenney that Biden lacks the capability to fulfill his presidential responsibilities. And I couldn’t agree more. That’s why she is urging the Attorney General to explore proceedings to remove the President pursuant to the 25th Amendment. We can’t afford to have a leader who can’t remember if he had breakfast this morning, let alone make critical decisions for our country.
Of course, Biden didn’t take these accusations lying down. In a hastily arranged press conference, he lashed out at the special counsel and dismissed claims about his memory. But let’s be real, folks. Can we really trust someone whose memory is so weak that he forgets what he said five minutes ago?
The mainstream media, as always, tried to protect Biden by asking softball questions. Thankfully, Fox reporter Peter Doocy had the audacity to challenge the President on his memory issues. And let me tell you, Biden’s sarcastic response spoke volumes. It’s clear that even he knows his memory is faltering.
In conclusion, it’s high time we hold President Biden accountable for his actions, or lack thereof. The 25th Amendment exists for a reason, and it’s up to Congress to take the necessary steps. We need a leader who can remember what he had for breakfast and make sound decisions. Anything less is a disservice to the American people. Let’s bring charges or show him the door, because there is no middle ground here, folks.
