The relentless push for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in healthcare is getting torn to shreds, thanks to a new report by the watchdog group, Do No Harm. At the center of this debacle is a study by economists Michael Frakes and Jonathan Gruber, which claims that more Black doctors in military hospitals lead to better outcomes for Black patients. Sounds pretty woke, right? But according to Do No Harm, this study is nothing but smoke and mirrors, missing any actual evidence that connects racial pairing with improved health outcomes.
The reality is, the study doesn’t even dive into whether Black patients do better with Black doctors. It merely looks at the number of Black doctors at a facility and assumes correlation equals causation. That’s like saying a red car in town causes traffic jams because it’s a red car! Yet, the left is using this flawed study as ammunition to push their DEI agenda deeper into our healthcare system, threatening to disrupt medical education and hiring practices with ideology rather than evidence.

Remember Jonathan Gruber? One of the architects behind the disastrous Obamacare, who openly admitted that the legislation was designed to fool the “stupid” American voter. It should come as no surprise that his latest work might not be built on rock-solid science. Once again, we’re witnessing the radical left’s modus operandi: wrap up flimsy research with nice-sounding social justice jargon and sell it as truth. They’re leading us down a path that’s more about appearances than actually helping patients.
This charade is not about improving healthcare; it’s about pushing race-based hiring and resurrecting affirmative action under the guise of DEI. It’s a classic Trojan horse strategy—disguising political ideology as scientific fact. What happened to aiming for high-quality medical research that improves patient care for everyone, regardless of race? We should strive to elevate medical standards universally, not entangle them with politically charged narratives that are as useful as a wet paper bag.
The question remains: Are we ready to stand up against these ideological games that endanger patient care with their misguided policies? Or will we allow radical activists to disguise their agendas as science, forcing us to live in a world where political correctness becomes more crucial than saving lives? The choice is ours, and the clock is ticking.
