Twice failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is once again making nonsensical statements, this time blaming the hot weather on MAGA Republicans. In a tweet, she said, “Hot enough for you? Thank a MAGA Republican. Or better yet, vote them out of office.” It seems that Clinton is trying to use the weather as a political tactic to smear Republicans. But if she thought this would work, she is even more clueless than we thought.

Former Planned Parenthood director turned pro-life advocate, Abby Johnson, sarcastically mocked Clinton, saying, “Oh my gosh. Republicans are so powerful! We can even control the weather!!!” Johnson’s comment perfectly highlights the absurdity of Clinton’s claim.
Stephen Miller, senior adviser to Trump, also pointed out the ridiculousness of Clinton’s statement, asking, “What pray to tell would the temperature in Phoenix be today if you had been elected President?” Miller’s question highlights the fact that the weather has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with the season.
Other Twitter users joined in the mockery, with one user sarcastically commenting, “It’s WARM? In SUMMER?” Another user poked fun at Clinton, saying, “Apparently the weather is dictated by MAGA.” Lisa Matassa, a country singer, even questioned whether Clinton’s tweet was a parody account.
Clinton’s tweet may be laughable, but it also reveals a deeper issue within the Democratic Party. Climate change has become a fear narrative for them to exploit, using false claims and hyperbole to push their agenda. This climate propaganda only benefits those in power, allowing them to impose higher taxes and limit freedom, all at the expense of the American people. Clinton’s tweet shows that she is just another politician using fear to further her own interests.
