In a recent CNN interview with Christiane Amanpour, Hillary Clinton made remarks that have surprised many. She called for a "formal deprogramming" of Trump supporters while discussing the state of the Republican party and the influence of MAGA extremists. This comment has sparked attention due to its perceived lack of self-awareness and failure to acknowledge extremism within her own party.
It's worth noting the irony in Clinton's concern about extremism, given that there have been extremists within the Democratic party for years. Before Trump, George W. Bush was unfairly compared to Hitler, and the federal government was used against Trump during his presidency. Additionally, Clinton's credibility is in question as she supported the discredited Steele Dossier and faced no legal consequences, which some attribute to Republican inaction.
What is particularly concerning is Clinton's suggestion of "formal" reeducation for Republicans, raising worries about how far she and others might go to suppress political opposition. The fact that Amanpour laughed during this exchange also prompts questions about CNN's standards.

Clinton's controversial statements extend further. During a speech at Georgetown University, she placed blame on men for starting wars, seemingly disregarding her own involvement in conflicts like the war in Libya. This underscores her willingness to shift blame and apparent lack of remorse.
The main message here underscores the importance of holding Democrats accountable. Trump's attempt at national unity by not prosecuting Clinton did not achieve the desired results. It is crucial for Republicans to ensure equal application of the law and hold both parties responsible for their actions. Anything less would be deemed unacceptable.
