As the possibility of an impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden looms in Congress, it seems that even CNN, a mainstream media outlet, is beginning to question the legitimacy of Hunter Biden’s business dealings. During a recent panel, a legal expert expressed concerns that Hunter Biden’s connections and financial gains were solely based on his last name and his proximity to his father, who was serving as vice president during the time these deals are under scrutiny.

The expert, Elie Honig, acknowledged that while there may not be a direct “smoking gun” that implicates President Biden in his son’s activities, there are legitimate questions about the source of Hunter Biden’s wealth. It appears that his last name alone opened doors for him, allowing him to clinch lucrative overseas business deals. This revelation certainly raises eyebrows and underscores the need for an impeachment inquiry.
Just last month, Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to tax crimes related to business fees he accepted, some of which occurred during his father’s vice presidency. Republicans in the House of Representatives have obtained correspondence indicating that Hunter Biden kept his father’s office informed about his business engagements. This has led to tense exchanges between President Biden and reporters who want to know if he had knowledge of, or even sanctioned, the deals that netted his son millions of dollars.
House Oversight Committee Chair, James Comer, has stated that the committee is entering its deposition phase and will soon summon individuals with knowledge of the Biden family’s business dealings to testify. One of the key figures, Devon Archer, a close friend of Hunter Biden, initially agreed to testify but has since withdrawn. It was expected that Archer would reveal evidence of Vice President Biden’s involvement in meetings between Hunter and overseas business associates, including Burisma Holdings executives Vadym Pozharskyi and Mykola Zlochevsky. These individuals allegedly pressured the Bidens to mitigate political pressure facing the company in Ukraine. There have been intelligence reports suggesting that Zlochevsky may have been a Russian agent orchestrating this encounter while also bribing President Biden.
Despite Archer’s previous refusal to testify, reports indicate that he will now undergo a transcribed interview with the committee in the coming week. It is concerning that he has flip-flopped on his willingness to provide crucial information on these alleged corrupt dealings.
Shockingly, President Biden has refused to distance himself from his son, even after a recent incident where cocaine was discovered at the White House just days after Hunter Biden’s erratic behavior on the premises. This raises serious questions about the influence Hunter Biden may have had within the inner workings of the administration.
It is evident that Hunter Biden’s questionable business activities, his privileged access due to his last name, and the potential involvement of President Biden himself demand a thorough investigation.
