Hunter Biden Seeks New Trial in Federal Gun Case Due to Jurisdiction Issue

First son Hunter Biden’s legal team is not ready to throw in the towel just yet. In a bold move, Biden’s defense attorney Abbe Lowell has filed a request for a new trial in his federal gun case, citing jurisdictional issues with the previous court in Delaware.

The crux of the matter lies in the argument that the federal appeals court did not grant approval for the Delaware court to proceed with the case. This technicality has become the focal point of Biden’s defense, as they seek to overturn his recent conviction on three federal felony charges related to a gun purchase in 2018.

Despite being found guilty and facing the grim possibility of up to 25 years in prison and a hefty fine, Biden remains adamant about his innocence and has vowed to appeal the conviction. Lowell’s motion contends that the current convictions should be vacated due to the improper jurisdictional process and calls for a new trial once the appeals court greenlights the proceedings.

As the legal battle rages on, the fate of Hunter Biden hangs in the balance. Will he be able to turn the tide in his favor, or is he destined to face the consequences of his actions? Only time will tell as the saga unfolds in the courtroom.
