Hunter Biden, son of former President Joe Biden, has reportedly threatened to take legal action against Fox News. According to a recent report, Hunter Biden’s lawyer sent a letter to the channel, warning of potential lawsuits for defamation, exploitation of his image, and publication of hacked photographs. The letter reportedly specifically mentioned Fox News hosts Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters, and Maria Bartiromo, demanding that they preserve documentation as a step before potential libel lawsuits.
The letter, written by attorney Tina Glandian, accused Fox News of defaming and disparaging Hunter Biden while simultaneously profiting from the unauthorized use of his image for commercial purposes. Additionally, it called for the removal of a mock-trial special titled “The Trial of Hunter Biden” from the network’s streaming site and requested that all articles about Mr. Biden be updated with an editor’s note.

The legal team representing Hunter Biden also requested that every FoxNews.com article about the president’s son include a note about informant Alexander Smirnov being charged with lying to the FBI about Mr. Biden’s business dealings. Despite the demands outlined in the letter, Fox News has not publicly responded to the reported threat of legal action.
