Many people are suspicious of Hunter Biden's legal filing, as it claims that the immunity agreement he signed with the president's son, who is under investigation, is still in effect. RedState reported that his lawyers made the claim in a court filing in Delaware.
It’s interesting to note that Hunter Biden’s team claims that the questions that Judge Maryellen Noreika asked on July 26th are no longer relevant due to the agreement reached with the prosecutors. They want the charges dismissed in Delaware and are asking to relocate them to another district. According to the filing, the diversion and plea agreement ended the investigation, which implies that he has immunity.

The timing of the claims is also questionable since the Department of Justice is reportedly moving to have the case heard in Washington DC. It seems that the questions that Judge Noreika asked were being disregarded as the agreement was being asserted as a binding one. This raises questions about whether Weiss is trying to avoid the judge's district.
The situation raises various questions. It's not clear why the charges have been moved, and it's also not clear if the Department of Justice and Hunter Biden's team collaborated to reach a plea deal. With the case's history, it's possible that there has been some type of manipulation.
