Hunter Biden’s Plea Hearing on Thin Ice as DOJ Mulls Postponement!

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is thinking about pushing back Hunter Biden’s plea hearing due to the harsh criticism they’re receiving for being too easy on the president’s son. They’re really catching some heat for this one!

Hunter, in all his glory, would avoid going to prison if he pleads guilty to some lesser charges, like tax and weapons misdemeanors. But hold onto your hats, folks, because there have been some bombshell revelations since this agreement was announced. The IRS whistleblowers have come forward and accused Attorney General Merrick Garland of straight-up lying to Congress! Yikes! And they’re also saying that Hunter should have been charged with more serious crimes.

But wait, there’s more! According to IRS veteran Gary Shapely, agents were actually told to “stand down” and not pursue any additional charges against Hunter. Can you believe it? The audacity!

The judge in charge of this whole circus, Judge Maryellen Noreika, is supposed to decide if she’s going to accept the plea deal on July 26th. But guess what? There’s a chance this hearing might get delayed. Yup, you heard that right! A recent filing from the Daily Mail suggests that the hearing might not happen on that day after all.

Now, let’s talk about the Heritage Foundation. They’re so fed up with the DOJ that they’ve decided to sue them for not releasing some records they requested. It’s like the DOJ thinks they can just do whatever they want!

In a recent phone call between the Heritage Foundation’s lawyer, Samuel Dewey, and a DOJ lawyer named Jason Lynch, Dewey straight-up told Lynch that they should ask the judge to delay Hunter Biden’s hearing. You go, Dewey! Give ’em a taste of their own medicine!

But hold your horses, folks. A delay is not set in stone. The Heritage Foundation made it clear that they’re not sure this will actually happen. Their Oversight Director, Mike Howell, said that the DOJ has the ability to move the hearing, but they didn’t indicate that they would. Classic government, playing hard to get!
Howell also stated that the public deserves to know the truth. Is this a sweetheart deal or what? It definitely seems like one, doesn’t it? We, the people, need to know what’s going on before any deal is signed. Our interest is at stake! Let the records see the light of day!
