Hunter Biden’s Team in Hot Water for Alleged Lies to Delaware Clerk!

Hunter Biden's lawyers are facing possible sanctions after they reportedly lied to a court clerk during his criminal case. According to a report by the Daily Mail, the judge in Delaware, Maryellen Noreika, has threatened to punish the lawyers if they don't explain what they did.

In addition, House Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith joined the fray. He asked the judge to overturn Hunter Biden's plea agreement, which he claimed was full of perks and benefits. Smith argued that the president's son got preferential treatment.

According to a report, someone from Hunter's former law firm pretended to be from the office of Smith's attorney and asked a Delaware clerk to remove all of the documents related to the case. In addition to the original filing, they also demanded that the clerk remove all of the Congressional testimony that the two investigators gave.

The documents were taken away and sealed, which caused Smith's attorney to draft an "outrageous letter" to the judge. He then included an email from a court clerk in Delaware, who reportedly said that someone working for Smith's office was lying.

In response, Judge Noreika ordered the lawyers of Hunter Biden to provide an explanation as to how the caller, who was apparently trying to get documents removed from the court's docket, was able to fake his identity.

The judge decided to keep the public from learning about Smith's filing until after the plea hearing of Hunter Biden, which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday. Because of this, the public will not be privy to details about the case until after the fact. It's like an ongoing soap opera, and it will likely continue for a long time.
