After years of the Justice Department dragging its feet, Hunter Biden is finally facing the music with not only nine tax crimes but also the possibility of charges for failing to register as a foreign agent. And where did all this trouble come from, you ask? Well, from none other than his abandoned laptop. It’s hard not to chuckle at the way the corporate press and the intelligence community tried to sweep this under the rug for so long! They did everything in their power to silence the rightful reporting on Biden’s sketchy laptop for four whole years. But now, they’re trying to do a victory dance over the indictment of FBI informant Alexander Smirnov, who has nothing to do with the original laptop story.
I mean, come on! These flaks that tried to pull the wool over our eyes about the laptop are now whining about threats and crank calls, crying foul over the same story they tried to cover up? Give us a break! It’s rich to see them squirming after ignoring the laptop story and dismissing it as some kind of ridiculous conspiracy theory akin to Pizzagate. And now, they’re trying to spin the Smirnov indictment as if it’s tied to the laptop story, when there’s no evidence of any Russian involvement in how the laptop materials were made public. The double standard is enough to make your head spin!
Let’s not forget NBC News’ role in all this. They were quick to liken the laptop story to a wild conspiracy theory, and when they were called out for not reporting on it, they tried to cover their tracks by blabbering about foreign government intervention in the presidential campaign. They conveniently forgot to mention that there’s no solid evidence linking the laptop to Russian shenanigans. But hey, it’s easier for them to link Smirnov’s indictment to the laptop saga than to admit they bungled the whole thing for four straight years. Oh, the irony!
