As the nation grapples yet again with the consequences of a porous immigration system, the tragic events in Boulder, Colorado, serve as a wake-up call that should be impossible to ignore. An illegal immigrant, reportedly entered the country during President Biden’s administration, unleashed terror on an American Jewish group rallying for hostages taken by Hamas. This is not an isolated incident; it’s a glaring symptom of a bigger issue—the weak border and immigration policies that prioritizes interests miles away over American safety.
The attacker, a 45-year-old Egyptian national, overstayed his visa and lived in our country illegally. Yet, this administration did nothing. Instead, they allowed him to file some sort of claim and even provided temporary work authorization. This utter negligence shows the ineptitude and carelessness of our broken system. How many more attacks like this do we need before real changes are made? It’s absurd to think that this could happen under another administration focused on protecting its own citizens first.

While the FBI hangs onto every thread to spin this as merely an isolated act of violence, any clear-eyed American can see it for what it is: terrorism, plain and simple. The liberal media refuses to call it out, proving once again they cannot be trusted to report the truth. Instead, they demonize strong voices like those of conservative commentators who dare to speak the inconvenient truth. They seem more interested in shelving responsibility and painting a distorted picture than in holding dangerous criminals accountable.
Why is it so difficult for the left to see and admit what’s right in front of their eyes? Their constant excuses and faux tolerance is a slap in the face to all who have suffered from their failures. Imposing narratives that protect those who aim to harm us is disgraceful. Is the support for globalist ideals really worth more than the safety and lives of Americans?
Enough is enough. It’s time to start putting an end to these senseless acts by securing our borders and advocating for policies that ensure criminals and illegal immigrants do not have free reign in our lands. Where is the common sense in these liberal policies? If the safety and security of our homeland isn’t prioritized, how much longer can one realistically expect things to hold together? The evidence is clear, and the question remains: How many more lives will fall victim to their reckless ideologies?
