The fight against illegal immigration should be Donald Trump’s prime weapon against Kamala Harris, a title-holder in the chaotic saga of the southern border crisis. As the so-called border czar, Harris has presided over a border landscape where lawlessness reigns supreme, allowing some of the world’s most unsavory characters to trek into the United States without a care. Recent horrors have unfolded in Massachusetts, reminding everyone of the absolute dereliction of duty by the Biden-Harris administration.
A Haitian illegal immigrant has become the poster child for everything wrong with the current immigration policy. After being charged with the heinous crime of raping a disabled 15-year-old girl in a Massachusetts hotel, he somehow managed to secure his release on a meager $500 bail. It seems that in the eyes of the system, illegal aliens have a cozy little loophole to squirm through while hardworking Americans are left in disbelief over the injustice. This guy was essentially flown into the country as part of a grand Biden-era program that invites up to 30,000 migrants monthly. It’s almost like they rolled out the red carpet for him to act with impunity.

Cory Alvarez, the 26-year-old Haitian national in question, was already in the clutches of law enforcement, with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) eagerly waiting to take him off the streets. However, that didn’t matter; local authorities tossed him right back into the wild. This wouldn’t have happened to an American citizen. If one of our own were accused of a similar crime, the public outcry would be deafening. When it’s an illegal alien, all that noise seems to evaporate into thin air, as if it’s just part of the routine these days.
The question isn’t just who gets a slap on the wrist, but how many more crimes must occur before Democrats stop their collective head-in-the-sand routine? It’s as if they think that ignoring reality will make it go away, but for ordinary Americans, the truth is unmistakable and brutal. The lack of accountability for these Democrats is staggering, and they seem content to let the blood of their constituents spill as they pander to their chosen narratives.
Any facade of being tough on crime and border security shatters under the weight of examples like Alvarez. The Harris camp can’t spin this issue into their favor; after all, they can’t fool voters who are still grounded in reality. As it stands, the Harris administration seems more focused on propelling its progressive agenda than offsetting the violent aftermath of its immigration policies. It’s a cautionary tale about the lengths this administration will go to avoid taking responsibility for the chaos it has created.
