MSNBC host Joy Reid had a serious slip of the tongue last night when she was captured on a hot mic. A video of President Joe Biden discussing the potential of border closure if additional funds were allocated to Ukraine was being played. What exactly did Reid say throughout this clip? Simply put, it was not something that would have been desirable to witness live on television. She detonated the f-bomb and declared, "We are f**king into another war."

Obviously, Reid was obligated to issue an on-air apology following that error. We all know, however, that apologies cannot undo what was said. Numerous individuals on the right immediately suggested that Reid might have been telling the truth. Biden has consistently advocated his "I've done everything I can" stance regarding the southern frontier, despite the fact that everyone is aware that this is a complete fabrication.
However, the tongue mishap does not end there! Reportedly, the Pentagon has been rushing to develop contingency plans in preparation for an all-out conflict in the Middle East. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) for days due to complications associated with his prostate cancer, without the Biden White House being informed of the situation. Dilemma of leadership and communication deficiencies!
As a minimum of three American military personnel are killed in an Iranian drone strike against a Jordanian base, the White House demonstrates an appalling lack of resolve in the face of this unprecedented assault. People, this is a problematic time, and media personalities' errors, such as Joy Reid's, only serve to exacerbate the disorder. We can only hope that our leaders will stabilize their actions prior to a complete escalation of the situation.
