This week in the state of Florida, Judge Aileen Cannon revealed new important papers that Jack Smith tried very hard to keep secret. These documents provide great insight into the back-and-forth communication between the Biden White House and the National Archives and Records Administration leading up to Trump’s legal trouble.
Investigative reporter Julie Kelly discovered something big in these papers that could shake things up. She found out that an FBI agent shared in court that the General Services Association (GSA) had Trump’s boxes in Virginia and then asked Trump’s team to pick them up.

Julie Kelly mentioned, “A whole bunch of boxes held by GSA near DC were taken to Mar-a-Lago. Inside these boxes were papers marked as ‘classified.’”
“It seems like the indictment doesn’t mention this incident, but I will confirm,” she went on to add.
It seems like the Biden government might have had a hand in sending secret information to Trump’s place in Mar-a-Lago. This piece of news is profound because Trump earlier said the GSA packed the boxes with classified information, only to later accuse him of taking them and use it as an excuse to have the FBI search his home in August 2022.
According to Tom Fitton, the founder of Judicial Watch, “They planned to trap him all along.”
At the same time, Joe Biden had secret info that he wasn’t allowed to keep in boxes in his garage for a long time, but he faced no charges. He put the blame on his staff for keeping the confidential information.
While this new information may not confirm that the Biden administration framed Trump in the classified documents matter, given their history of using the legal system against Trump, it’s not far-fetched to think they might have. It also brings up other valid questions. For instance, if the GSA had the boxes, why didn’t they check the contents before telling Trump’s team to take them? Normally, they should have looked through the boxes to ensure there were no secret documents before letting Trump’s team collect them. It’s possible they did check and knew there were classified papers in them before asking Trump’s people to take them.
