Known for her rare trips to the southern border, Vice President Kamala Harris is scheduled to visit Texas once more and hold talks with leaders of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. Monday at 5:20 p.m. will see Harris speak alongside influential members of the caucus, such as Representative Sylvia Garcia (D-TX), Chairwoman Nanette Diaz Barragan (D-CA), and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo.
According to the White House, this event is a part of the caucus's "On the Road" series of events. It's interesting how these events consistently appear to fall on significant occasions in pivotal swing states like Texas. The real reason behind this can be as simple as a coincidence, or it might have something to do with how much they value the food in the area.
