Kamala Harris Campaign Fumbles Football Appeal in Laughable Attempt to Rebrand Masculinity

The latest effort by the Democrat campaign machine, specifically the Harris-Walz ticket, to co-opt masculinity and re-engage with football is nothing short of a comical disaster. The left, which has long derided traditional manhood, apparently thinks that by leaning on Walz’s past as an assistant football coach, they can convince the country that they’ve got the muscular manliness down. This attempt, however, falls flat on its face because it reeks of insincerity.

A recent blunder from the Kamala Harris campaign provides prime evidence of this outrageous disconnect. On a Saturday, their enigmatic X account decided to drop a tweet that initially gave the impression of savvy engagement with sports and North Carolina voters. The campaign seemed to be trying to establish some connection with the voters by referencing college football games. Unfortunately for them, they managed to hit the “send” button nearly two hours after the games had already begun. The timing was so atrocious that it sparked quite a bit of ridicule online, showing just how clueless the campaign truly is.

The larger issue shines when observing the games linked to their tweet. The teams mentioned were not just losing; they were getting thoroughly embarrassed. By the time the Kamala tweet saw the light of day, teams such as Charlotte, NC State, and UNC were down by at least 17 points, ultimately losing their matchups by a humiliating margin. Meanwhile, ECU found itself defeated by Liberty, demonstrating that the Harris-Walz campaign’s affinity for athleticism is as shallow as a kiddie pool on a scorching summer day.

Commentators have taken notice of this slapstick approach to appealing to the masculine sports crowd. The misguided attempt illustrates that the left simply doesn’t understand the makeup of the average American man, nor the culture surrounding college football. Even a casual observer could see that sending out a tweet well after a game has begun isn’t just poor timing—it’s an indictment of their entire comprehension of what it means to engage with sports and, by extension, masculinity. This blunder, while humorous, underscores a deeper incompetence within the campaign ranks.

Ultimately, this escapade showcases how the Democrats are painfully out of touch with American culture, especially when it comes to engaging men who pride themselves on sports. Their efforts to project authenticity in embracing hunting, football, and an all-American ethos from a party that has long mocked these ideals are bound for failure. Everyone can see through this façade, proving once again that when it comes to politics, the left just doesn’t get it.
