Get ready to grab your tissues, folks, because the memorial service for the late, great Sen. Dianne Feinstein is about to begin. Vice President Kamala Harris, along with a star-studded lineup of political heavyweights, will join together to honor the life and legacy of this trailblazing California senator.
Feinstein, who served as the longest-serving woman in the Senate, passed away at the age of 90 from natural causes. And let me tell you, she left quite the impact on our nation’s capital. So it’s no surprise that Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and even President Joe Biden himself will be in attendance to pay their respects.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein was a true icon of the Democratic Party, a champion of liberal causes, and a force to be reckoned with in the Senate. While I may not have agreed with her on many issues, there’s no denying the impact she had on our nation’s political landscape. Her passing is a loss for both her party and the country as a whole.
