The White House is in turmoil as rumors continue to circulate about Vice President Kamala Harris’s fitness to hold office by 2024. The Washington Times reported that Harris’s lack of experience, paired with her embarrassing public speeches, make her a liability for both the White House and the Democratic Party. However, despite the doubts about her competence, Harris is still being pushed to take over Joe Biden’s place as President, as he continues to struggle with age issues and approval ratings.

Harris’s campaign in 2020 was a complete bust, despite support from her media cheerleaders who tried to portray her with a cult of personality. Her career is becoming more visible in the party’s young voter demographic as she takes up progressive dogma. Insiders suggest that Joe Biden’s weaknesses make him nothing more than an insurance policy for the vice-president, whose incompetence could cause severe damage to the country.
Nikki Haley’s campaign claims that, given Biden’s obvious mental and physical challenges, a vote for him is a vote for Kamala Harris. The Republicans argue that Harris’s incompetence, failures and catastrophic speeches make her unfit for any office, let alone the Oval Office. In desperation, the political action committee Emily’s List is pouring $10 million into polishing up Harris’s image with hopes of making her more appealing ahead of the 2024 elections.
This so-called “cult of personality” around Harris is not genuine, just the result of a desperate attempt to keep the Vice-president in the public eye. She sounds like a Soviet commissar when she encourages young people to spend their summer organizing for the party. With the nation at stake, voters across the political spectrum, not just Republicans, need to consider if someone like Harris, who embodies nothing more than incompetence and the Democrat’s failed policies, is fit to occupy the nation’s highest office.
