The man picked to run Andy Barr’s Senate campaign—a seat that should be a slam dunk for America First policies—has completely exposed where his loyalties lie. Instead of standing up for the voter base that delivered Trump and conservative victories across the country, Barr’s campaign boss is proudly refusing to support Donald Trump for President. This isn’t just some quiet disagreement. He’s bragging about it like it’s a virtue.
Let’s be real. When a major campaign manager in Kentucky, Mitch McConnell’s own stomping grounds, waves the Never Trump flag, that’s a slap in the face to every grassroots Republican in the Commonwealth. Trump won Kentucky by landslides. Regular Americans here back strong borders, American jobs, and putting our country first. Apparently, Barr’s campaign thinks it’s smart to spit in the eye of those very same voters.

This is what happens when Washington insiders and consultant-class elites get their claws into local politics. They pick globalist “Republicans” who think taking potshots at President Trump will earn them pats on the back from the cocktail crowd. The Republican establishment loves to lecture us about “unity” and “beating the left.” But when push comes to shove, their top advisers would rather bash the one man who actually stood up to China, enforced our border, and revived the American economy. They toss aside the America First movement and cozy up to the same old failed playbook that gave us endless wars, open borders, and sold-out American workers.
Kentucky deserves a Senator who will fight alongside Trump, not a campaign manager who scowls at the very idea. With the stakes higher than ever, why should conservatives keep falling for the same old bait-and-switch? Maybe it’s time to stop letting Never Trumpers steer the ship—and start electing real fighters who will put America, and Kentucky, first.
