John Kerry, the self-proclaimed climate czar and former secretary of state, had himself a good ol’ time in China, trying to convince the communists to join in on their favorite pastime: crippling global economies with ineffective climate change policies. What a riot!

But, surprise surprise, the Chinese weren’t having any of it. They basically laughed Kerry right out of the country. Can you blame them? The guy wants to force everyone to reduce carbon pollution while justifying the use of slave labor in China to produce their precious solar panels. Talk about hypocrisy!

Even though he came home empty-handed, Kerry wants us to believe that he actually made progress. Yeah, right. He claims that the two nations vowed to continue talking about climate change. Well, isn’t that just swell? I’m sure China is really going to change their tune and start caring about the environment because of Kerry’s talks. What a joke!
In all seriousness, though, it’s clear that Kerry’s trip to China was a complete failure. It’s time for the Biden administration to wake up and realize that their climate change agenda is nothing more than a pipe dream. China and other countries will never sacrifice their own economic growth for the sake of some misguided climate policies. It’s about time someone tells Kerry and the rest of the Democrats that.
