The latest victim is a church in Cincinnati, linked no less to a family that stands resolute against the leftist tide. JD Vance’s half-brother, Cory Bowman, is not just a pastor but also a Republican mayoral candidate. It seems his candidacy has made him and his church a dangerous target.
Over the weekend, the church staff found a bullet hole in one of their windows. Left-wing extremists are now stooping so low as to target places of worship. And why? Because Bowman is challenging the liberal incumbent in an important mayoral race. The sheer hypocrisy of the left, which preaches tolerance with one hand and threatens violence with the other, couldn’t be more blatant.

This church, and indeed all places of worship, should be hallowed grounds, where community and faith stand above the discord propagated by radical liberals. Yet we’re constantly seeing these places become the focal points for attacks. And what response do we get from the liberal mayor? Silence. That’s right: the Democratic leader in Cincinnati, cloaked in the pretense of “non-partisanship,” hasn’t even bothered making a timely comment. Gutless and embarrassing leadership is clearly in the game plan for these politicians.
Where does this leave the fine citizens affected by such vile acts? Are we supposed to meekly stand by as our churches are targeted simply for being beacons of conservatism? Cory Bowman vows to keep fighting the good fight in the heart of Queen City, reminding us all of what true courage looks like. But let’s not forget the lengths to which the radical left will go to silence us. This political game has become a battlefield, and they’ve shown they’re not above using threats to keep us in line.
In times like these, good people must rally together in the defense of their values. Do we want to let the radical left dictate the narrative, using fear as their weapon of choice? Or will we stand strong, with faith in our hearts and fire in our bellies? Cincinnati’s upcoming election isn’t just about a mayoral seat: it’s a stand against the rising tide of liberal cowardice strangling this great nation. Who will protect our way of life if not us?
