Leftist Groups Exposed: The Truth Behind the No Kings Protests

Independent journalist Andy Ngo stepped onto Newsmax’s American Agenda and did what too many in the legacy media refuse to do: name names and expose the leftist roots behind the No Kings demonstrations. Ngo warned that the rallies weren’t just spontaneous neighborhood anger but had been shepherded by organized left-wing groups — and corroborating conservative reporting even claims canvassers admitted to being paid by communist-affiliated outfits to drum up turnout. This is not a polite disagreement between reasonable people; this is organized political warfare against our constitutional order.

Make no mistake: the No Kings events were massive — millions of Americans turned out across thousands of locations — but size alone doesn’t wash away intent or influence. Mainstream outlets documented the spectacle of inflatable costumes and festive pageantry that masked an ugly reality: these rallies were coordinated by powerful national networks with agendas beyond mere protest. Americans should be grateful for the peaceful families who showed up, but that should not blind us to who is pulling the strings.

Look at the coalition list and read the fine print: Indivisible, the ACLU, major unions, the Democratic Socialists of America and even the Party for Socialism and Liberation were among the organizations tied to the movement. When groups that openly cheer Marxist ideology and call for radical restructuring of American institutions are on the organizing roster, defenders of liberty have every right to sound the alarm. This isn’t conspiracy theory; it’s plainly listed on organizer rosters and press materials.

And while many rallies were advertised as peaceful, real trouble popped up in several cities — arrests, scuffles and disturbing footage of aggressive contingents at certain events that Ngo and others highlighted. Conservative reporters and independent investigators dug up evidence of aggressive operatives and, in some cases, paid canvassers who openly admitted to recruiting people for the demonstrations. America owes its citizens a thorough accounting: who funded these operations, who trained the marshals, and what was the playbook?

Republican leaders were right to call attention to the ideology behind the spectacle, and to question whether a movement that leans on Marxist groups should be celebrated as mainstream civic engagement. Speaker Mike Johnson and other GOP figures have bluntly warned that this is more than a protest tour — it is political theater calibrated to change public opinion and policy from the streets. If the left is coordinating millions of protesters while cloaking their radical aims in harmless costumes, voters deserve to know the truth.

This moment calls for transparency and accountability, not virtue signaling. Lawmakers should demand disclosure of funding, prosecutors should follow the money where lawful, and local officials must protect peaceful citizens from being used as pawns in a larger ideological fight. Conservatives are defenders of free speech, but we do not have to applaud when the speech is organized by factions that openly seek to dismantle American institutions.

Credit where it’s due: journalists like Andy Ngo keep at this story even when the establishment turns away, and patriotic Americans must pay attention and stand up for the rule of law. We can support Americans’ right to protest while refusing to let Marxist and communist operatives hijack our public squares and our children’s future. Now is the time for the silent majority to stop watching and start demanding answers.
