In a stunning turn of events, the judge overseeing Hunter Biden’s plea agreement has exposed the deal as nothing more than a sham. Judge Maryellen Noreika’s rigorous questioning brought to light the fact that the Biden administration was trying to sweep this political thorn under the rug. But thanks to Noreika’s transparency, that plan has gone up in smoke.
Legal experts are now chiming in, praising Judge Noreika for her keen instincts. Julianne Murray of The Heritage Foundation, who witnessed the proceedings, commended Judge Noreika for “sniffing out that there was stuff that was not being said out loud.” It’s clear that everyone involved was hoping this would just go away, but now they know it won’t.
Mike Davis, founder and president of the Article III Project, didn’t hold back in his criticism of the Biden administration. He said they should be embarrassed for not being able to close this sweetheart deal. Davis revealed that there was a secret deal in the works, one that would have swept all the Biden family crimes under the rug and protected President Biden. However, it seems that the Biden Justice Department couldn’t include this in the plea agreement due to potential political backlash.
Fox News legal analyst Sol Wisenberg took to Twitter to express his outrage at the Justice Department’s actions. He pointed out that Hunter Biden was being offered a deal that no other defendant in Delaware had ever received for similar crimes. It’s disgraceful that he would have received complete immunity on all charges, avoided prison time, and not even have to cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

Former federal prosecutor Bill Shipley echoed the disbelief, stating that there was no way Hunter’s lawyers and federal prosecutors didn’t discuss the possibility of future charges falling under the plea agreement. With the judge’s scrutiny and damning testimony from IRS whistleblowers, the deal crumbled before their eyes.
The unraveling of Hunter Biden’s plea agreement has brought to light the corruption and shady dealings of the Biden family. It’s clear that they were trying to protect themselves at all costs, even if it meant betraying the American people.
