The woman who spent years going after President Trump is now getting a taste of her own medicine. Letitia James, New York’s Attorney General, is facing serious criminal referrals for mortgage fraud. The same woman who said “no one is above the law” when she targeted Trump might learn that lesson the hard way.
Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte sent criminal referrals to Attorney General Pam Bondi. The charges claim James lied on mortgage applications to get better deals on properties in Virginia and New York. She allegedly said Virginia would be her main home, which is illegal since New York’s AG must live in New York.
This is rich beyond belief. James spent years attacking Trump for how he valued his properties. Now she’s accused of doing the exact same thing she crucified Trump for doing.
The timing couldn’t be more perfect. Just weeks before James started her civil trial against Trump in 2023, she was apparently pulling the same tricks. She claimed Virginia as her primary residence while serving as New York’s top lawyer.
This is what we call poetic justice, folks. The deep state operative who weaponized the legal system against our president is finally facing the music. James thought she could destroy Trump and walk away clean.
The hypocrisy is stunning but not surprising. These Democrat prosecutors think they can play by different rules than the rest of us. They destroy lives while living like criminals themselves.
James built her entire career on going after Trump with bogus cases. She turned the justice system into a political weapon against the rightful president. Now the tables have turned completely.
Every patriotic American should celebrate this moment. The witch hunt queen is finally getting investigated herself. Justice is coming for those who tried to steal our democracy through lawfare.
