The left’s war on progress continues as a Massachusetts judge has once again stood in the way of President Trump’s bold efforts to reform America’s outdated education system. The administration’s plan to drastically cut the bloated bureaucracy of the Department of Education is a step in the right direction. Yet, unsurprisingly, liberals are trying to stymie meaningful change that would benefit hard-working American families.
This liberal judge, appointed under Biden’s administration, thinks he knows better than the President about what America needs. He’s blocked the necessary workforce cuts at the Department of Education, claiming they can’t happen without Congress. But here’s the truth: this is nothing more than another excuse to hold up the President’s groundbreaking reforms and preserve the status quo. It’s the same old song and dance from the left – let’s preserve the swamp instead of shaking things up.
The bureaucrats in Washington never miss an opportunity to inflate their own importance. President Trump understands the need to streamline public services and make government more efficient. But instead, the left prefers to cry out that something absolutely needs federal oversight when it can clearly be managed more effectively at a state or community level. They’ll claim civil rights offices and loan processing are reasons to keep the DOE untouched, going as far as suggesting it’ll impact special education. What they don’t tell you is these same initiatives are drowning in inefficiencies due to their own mismanagement.

This attempt by the globalist elite to block a necessary reduction in a bloated federal department is just another move in their chess game against American self-reliance. They want a giant, sprawling federal government because it suits their anti-American agenda. Smaller government threatens the left’s power and ability to control every aspect of citizens’ lives.
And now, this power play will simply end up back in the courts, dragging out real reform while children across the country bear the brunt of a failing system. The Democrats have once again shown they’re not interested in what’s best for America. It begs the question: will they ever learn?
