Liberal Judge OVERTURNS Rule, Targets 2A Rights & “Ghost Guns” – Wake Up, Patriots!

Another day, another attack on our Second Amendment rights, folks! The latest buzz is all about a federal judge in the liberal stronghold of San Francisco, appointed by none other than Obama himself, striking down a ruling by the Biden administration on so-called “ghost guns.” Judge Edward Chen decided that the administration’s rule wasn’t strict enough, showing once again the liberal bias against law-abiding gun owners.

It’s a relief that the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans found the regulation unlawful and thankfully, the Supreme Court is keeping these overreaching rules in check.

The plaintiffs in California, led by their Democratic Attorney General and a gun control group, argued that the rule didn’t go far enough in banning ghost guns. But let’s be real here, folks. Criminals don’t follow these rules. They’ll find a way to get their hands on guns no matter what laws are in place. These regulations are just political showmanship, aimed at controlling law-abiding citizens rather than addressing real crime issues.

And let’s talk about the absurdity of labeling something as a “semi-assault” rifle. It’s clear that those pushing these rules don’t even understand the basics of firearms. The fact that they’re making decisions on gun control laws is laughable.
