When will liberal judges learn that they are not above the law? In a glaring display of arrogance, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan decided to play sanctuary city on her own, allegedly helping a criminal illegal migrant evade justice. This isn’t just a mistake; it’s a slap in the face to every law-abiding American and legal immigrant who follows the rules.
Dugan’s suspension from the bench is a small victory for the rule of law, something that conservatives have championed while battling the open-border policies from the left. While President Trump’s stance on immigration is often criticized, here’s clear evidence that his position on enforcing our laws isn’t just right—it’s necessary.
Wisconsin’s highest judicial body rightly took immediate action. This rogue judge has been stripped of her powers. For now. But the gall of helping a previously deported illegal alien, facing battery charges no less, slip out of the courtroom through a restricted access door, mocks not only the law but the victims waiting for justice.
This act of judicial activism reveals a deeper issue—a pervasive disregard for law enforcement fueled by leftist ideology. When Judge Dugan allegedly brushed off federal agents from ICE, the FBI, and other agencies, she put globalist fantasies above American safety. Attorney General Pam Bondi is spot-on in her remarks—we must enforce the rule of law equitably, without allowing elitists to skirt it.

So, what’s next? Dugan faces charges for obstruction and concealing a criminal. One wonders if this will finally serve as a wake-up call to other liberal judges who have gotten too cozy, thinking they hold a get-out-of-jail-free card because of their position.
In America, no one is supposed to be above the law—not judges and certainly not illegal aliens. As this saga unfolds, maybe liberal judges will think twice before indulging their activist urges at the expense of justice. Will they finally recognize that their job is to uphold the law, not rewrite it? Let’s hope so, for the safety and integrity of our great nation.
