The liberal elite, with Jimmy Kimmel leading the charge, are up in arms, attempting to paint Trump’s skepticism about federal holidays as some affront to racial harmony. But let’s cut through the noise: what Kimmel and his cronies refuse to understand is that Trump’s concern about the overwhelming number of holidays is rooted in common sense. America is drowning in non-working days, and it’s costing billions. Yet, simple fiscal logic is spun into another baseless accusation of racism.
Instead of addressing the real issues facing our nation, such as economic recovery and national security, the left is busy wielding holidays as weapons of virtue signaling. They conveniently forget who pushed to end slavery and who brought freedom to millions. It was the Republicans who took a stand against the Democrats’ oppressive past. Yet today, it seems liberals rewrite history to suit their narrative and defame conservatives in the process.
Liberals perpetuate the myth that the Juneteenth holiday somehow marks the end of slavery, ignoring the fact that more historically significant dates exist, like the actual Emancipation Proclamation or the ratification of the 13th Amendment. These dates are the real milestones of freedom. But why celebrate truth when you can twist a narrative for political gain? The truth is just an inconvenience when the left’s agenda is at stake.

It’s telling how quick the left is to virtue signal while failing to acknowledge their party’s own tainted history. They use holidays not to honor historical truths, but to pat themselves on the back while smearing their opponents. And what better time than now, when leftist moral superiority is at a fever pitch? The Democrats and their media allies seize every opportunity to sow division, feeding their relentless hunger for attention and outrage.
As always, Trump isn’t afraid to break the mold and challenge the narrative. His stance is just another excuse for liberals to play the tired game of moral superiority. How long will we let the left dictate history with their unhinged claims? Only time will tell, but one thing is certain: real Americans must stay vigilant against this strategy of misinformation and virtue signaling.
