The mainstream media is at it again, desperately trying to pin a horrific act on Republicans before all the facts are even out. The recent Trump assassination attempt has brought out the predictable race to politicize the tragedy. Thomas Matthew Crooks, the shooter, has been identified as a registered Republican. This sent Democrats like Rep. Eric Swalwell into a frenzy, pushing their misleading narratives without considering all the facts.
Swalwell conveniently omitted crucial information about the shooter’s political leanings. Crooks donated to the Progressive Turnout Project through ActBlue, a platform primarily used to fund Democratic causes. Quite the twist for someone supposedly associated with the Republican party. But, as many know, switching party affiliations to meddle in opposing primaries is not unheard of. Swalwell, however, conveniently ignored this detail to keep his anti-Republican rhetoric alive and well.
I don’t know why a Republican would try and kill his party’s own nominee with an assault rifle. But it’s wrong.

Unsurprisingly, Swalwell faced a massive backlash for his baseless accusations. Even actress Roseanne Barr didn’t hold back, calling out Swalwell for his deliberate blindness to the truth. The left’s desperate attempts to shift blame onto Republicans are becoming more transparent by the day as they try to paint themselves as victims when, in reality, they have been the ones fueling divisive rhetoric and attacks against Trump.
The truth remains unchanged despite the left’s best efforts to rewrite the narrative. It is the Democrats, led by figures like Joe Biden, who have relentlessly demonized Trump as a dire threat, fueling a toxic political climate. Their attempts to erase their past actions are futile in the internet age, where their incendiary words and actions are forever documented. It’s time for the American people to see through the left’s charade and hold them accountable for their divisive tactics and double standards.
