Megyn Kelly Exposes Media’s Double Standard on Celebrities

Megyn Kelly has sparked another round of liberal outrage with her latest comments about how the media forces conservatives to walk on eggshells. The former Fox News host pointed out how ridiculous it is that people have to praise certain celebrities before they can offer any criticism. This is exactly the kind of honest talk that drives the left crazy.

Kelly has been under fire recently for her comments about Beyonce and Sydney Sweeney. She defended Sweeney’s natural beauty while calling out Beyonce’s overly produced image in a Levi’s campaign. The left immediately went into attack mode because Kelly dared to question their precious icon.

What Kelly is really talking about is how conservatives are expected to bow down and worship certain celebrities before they can say anything critical. It is a form of thought control that the liberal media uses to silence opposition voices. Regular Americans see right through this game.

The double standard is obvious when you look at how the media treats different celebrities. Sydney Sweeney gets attacked for being naturally beautiful and all-American while Beyonce gets praised for everything she does. President Trump even had to step in and defend Sweeney by calling her campaign “the hottest ad out there”.

Kelly has been consistent in calling out this phony victim mentality that some celebrities use. She previously criticized Beyonce for portraying herself as oppressed despite being “one of the most privileged, beloved women in the world”. This is the kind of straight talk America needs more of.

The liberal mob always tries to silence anyone who questions their narrative. They cannot handle when someone like Kelly points out that some celebrities play the victim card while living in mansions. It threatens their entire worldview built on fake oppression stories.

Kelly’s willingness to speak truth about celebrity culture shows why she remains such an important conservative voice. She refuses to play the left’s games where certain people are off limits from criticism. This is what real journalism looks like.

The fact that Kelly even has to discuss this “uncomfortable practice” shows how far our culture has fallen. In a free society, people should be able to criticize anyone without having to grovel first. Kelly is fighting for that basic American principle of free speech.
