America is drowning in a sea of incompetence. From our police departments to our city halls, we are watching unqualified people destroy everything our nation once stood for. The rot has spread everywhere because we stopped caring about merit and started obsessing over skin color and gender.
Look at what happened with that female cop who got fired for being completely useless at her job. She never should have been hired in the first place. But thanks to DEI madness, departments are forced to hire people who cannot do the work just to check boxes.
Female police officers are a joke that puts everyone in danger. Most women on the force can be easily overpowered by half the population. When you need someone to arrest a 200-pound criminal, sending in a 120-pound woman is pure insanity.
This DEI poison has infected every level of government. Cities are being run by people who got their jobs because of their identity, not their ability. Crime is exploding and communities are falling apart while these incompetent leaders make excuses.
Remember how Tim Walz handled the Minneapolis riots? He sat on his hands while the city burned to the ground. Police stations were destroyed and businesses were looted because he was too weak to act. That is what happens when we put feelings over competence.
The American people deserve leaders who can actually lead. We need cops who can actually fight crime. We need officials who put public safety before political correctness.
Our ancestors built the greatest nation on earth by demanding excellence. They hired the best people for the job regardless of anything else. Now we hire the most diverse people and wonder why everything is falling apart.
It is time to bring back merit-based hiring before incompetence destroys what is left of America. Our children deserve better than this clown show we call government. We must demand competence or watch our country collapse.
