Miller Demands Biden Criminal Referrals: GOP’s Chance to Save Democracy!

On Sunday, Stephen Miller, a former White House official and the founder of the conservative think tank America First Legal, criticized House Republicans for not referring President Biden and other individuals to the criminal justice system. Miller also stated that the prosecutor's office has become a tool for political repression.

Miller discussed the numerous felony charges brought against Trump in four different cases, which he claimed were an ominous sign of a dark new chapter in the country's history. He also dismissed the notion that the radical left and the Democrats would ever move on, stating that those who believed this were delusional.

In response to the allegations of misconduct by prosecutors, Miller called on Republicans to use the law to restore order and combat politically-motivated investigations. He also mentioned the Russia hoax and the suppression of speech.

Miller claimed that Joe Biden and the former's children were part of a conspiracy that involved RICO. He suggested referring the case to the Department ofJustice for possible prosecution in 2025. Miller stated that the rising number of politically-motivated prosecutions threatened the democracy in the US.

Miller urged the Republican Party to support the legal defense of people who have been persecuted. He noted that every level of the organization should prioritize raising funds for this cause. America First Legal is a nonpartisan organization.

Miller suggested that House Republicans refer cases to local authorities in order to combat political bias within the justice system. He stated that the privileges enjoyed by the political left for crimes are unacceptable. He also noted that the political right is incarcerated for offenses that they did not commit.

During his appearance on Fox News, Miller shared his concerns about the prosecutor's Office and the need for the Republican Party to take immediate action to address the issue. He passionately advocated for criminal referrals and stated that the continuation of unjust prosecutions would lead to the end of the country's democracy.
