In a recent post on X, Elon Musk, the owner of X (formerly known as Twitter), announced his plans to file a lawsuit against organizations funded by left-wing billionaire George Soros. These organizations have been advocating for a significant crackdown on free speech, and Musk is determined to put an end to their efforts.

Musk’s decision was influenced by investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger, who revealed that George Soros-funded NGOs have been spreading false information about increasing “hate incidents” in order to justify restrictions on free expression. Shellenberger pointed out that the data actually shows higher levels of tolerance towards minorities than ever before, contradicting the claims made by these Soros-backed organizations.

Expressing his agreement with Shellenberger’s findings, Musk declared, “Exactly. X will be filing legal action to stop this. Can’t wait for discovery to start!” He is eager to proceed with the legal process and uncover the truth behind the motives driving these organizations.
The issue at hand has recently been highlighted by Irish journalist Ben Scallan, who wrote an article explaining that certain Soros-funded NGOs, backed by the Open Society Foundations, are promoting a “censorship agenda” in Ireland and Scotland. However, Scallan did not specify which specific NGOs are engaged in this agenda.
Musk’s decision to pursue legal action follows a lawsuit against the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), which Musk accuses of engaging in a “scare campaign” to drive away advertisers from X. The lawsuit alleges that the nonprofit made false or misleading claims about content on X, claiming it was promoting hate.
This is not the first time Musk has expressed his dissatisfaction with Soros. He previously stated that Soros “hates humanity,” responding to an article posted by Zerohedge that revealed Soros’ self-perception as “some kind of god.” Musk believes that Soros leverages his wealth to manipulate politics and erode the fabric of civilization, despite claims that he acts in the best interest of humanity.
