Former Judge Napolitano, always a voice of reason, recently had some harsh words for Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is presiding over Trump’s DC trial case. And boy, did he have a lot to say! Napolitano ripped into Judge Chutkan for picking the day before Super Tuesday to begin the trial, calling her “blind to the political realities.” You have to hand it to Napolitano for not holding back. But it doesn’t stop there, folks. He also criticized the judge’s legal reasoning and questioned her ability to make fair decisions.
Now, let’s talk about all those documents. Napolitano revealed that the government plans to hand over more than 1 million pages of documents, and get this, Trump’s lawyers have to read and analyze all of it by March 4th! That’s an insane amount of paperwork to go through in such a short time. Trump’s lawyers even begged for more time, but Judge Chutkan cold-heartedly said no. This forced Trump’s legal team to hire more lawyers just to keep up with the never-ending stack of papers. It’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack, but the needle is actually buried under a mountain of paperwork.
Napolitano made another great point. He said that trials should be decided on the merits, not based on the court’s convenience or some arbitrary statement. And let’s not forget that he also called out the Department of Justice for their political behavior in indicting Trump. It’s clear that there are powerful forces at play trying to take down the Republican frontrunner.
But wait, it gets even worse. Constitutional lawyer Robert Barnes pointed out that Judge Chutkan is contradicting herself left and right. She claimed it would take over a year to bring a simple misdemeanor case to trial, but somehow she magically set the trial date for Trump’s case much earlier. It’s almost like she’s playing favorites, and that’s a big no-no in the world of justice.

And if you thought it couldn’t get any more outrageous, think again. Judge Chutkan had the audacity to say that Trump could have prepared his defense before he was even indicted. Seriously? As reporter Julie Kelly rightly pointed out, that’s absolutely preposterous! You can’t expect someone to defend themselves against charges they don’t even know about. It’s like telling a baseball player to swing at a pitch before the pitcher even throws it. It’s just plain unfair.
It’s becoming crystal clear that Judge Chutkan has an agenda. Her actions and statements raise serious questions about her impartiality and whether she’s trying to rig the trial against Trump. It seems like she’s more interested in scoring political points than upholding justice. But I have faith that Trump’s legal team will fight tooth and nail to expose these appealable issues and give him the fair trial he deserves.
In the end, this trial isn’t just about Trump. It’s about the integrity of our justice system. We can’t allow partisan judges to manipulate the system for their own agendas. Let’s hope that justice prevails, and the truth will shine through all the political games being played. Stay strong, Trump!
