Those are not rhetorical flourishes; they are explicit how-to instructions for bodily harm that no one in medicine should ever promote.
Virginia Commonwealth University moved swiftly after the clips spread, saying the individual is no longer employed and that authorities are assisting with an investigation, while state legislators demanded prosecutors take action and nursing boards consider license revocation. This is exactly the kind of clear-cut misconduct that should end a medical career and trigger criminal review — anyone who instructs others to weaponize medical knowledge has forfeited the right to practice.
Conservative Americans have every right to be furious, and not just because of one bad actor.
