You see, according to these so-called Trump biographers – who probably spend their days sipping lattes in some fancy Manhattan coffee shop – the downfall of the Trump Organization would be the ultimate blow to the Trump family. Forget about all those other charges, folks. This is where the real action is.
One of these biographers – Michael D’Antonio, apparently – claims that losing this lawsuit would damage Trump’s sense of self. Oh, boo-hoo! Poor Donald, his precious self-image crushed by a legal defeat. Well, maybe if he hadn’t been so busy making America great again, he wouldn’t be in this mess.
But let’s not forget, folks, Letitia James has been on a relentless pursuit of Trump, accusing his company of all sorts of nonsense. She says they falsified records, inflated property values, and did all kinds of shady things to get loans. Honestly, it sounds like she’s just trying to make a name for herself by going after the big bad Trump.
Now, let’s not ignore the other legal battles Trump is facing. There’s some federal indictment about classified documents, a Manhattan District Attorney going after him for alleged “hush money,” and even a new state-level indictment in Georgia. It’s like they just can’t get enough of Trump!
