In a shocking discovery, it has been revealed that the judge overseeing the indictment against former President Donald Trump was appointed by none other than the Obama administration. Talk about partisan bias! U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, hand-picked by Barack Obama in 2014, has proven to be a questionable choice given her ties to Hunter Biden’s former employer, Burisma.
Before her appointment, Judge Chutkan had a successful career at Boies, Schiller, & Flexner LLP (BSF), where she specialized in white-collar litigation and antitrust defense. It just so happens that Hunter Biden was also at the firm during the same time, and emails obtained from his laptop suggest a worrisome connection between Chutkan and the Biden family’s dealings with Burisma.
According to these emails, Hunter believed that his work for BSF would provide him and his business associate, Devon Archer, with “protection” as they introduced then-Vice President Joe Biden to Burisma executives. They wanted to ensure that any negative press about Burisma’s corruption investigation would be mitigated and that they could exert influence through their legal connections. It’s clear that Hunter was using his family’s political power to benefit his own interests.
Now, let’s connect the dots. Judge Chutkan, who worked at the same firm as Hunter during this time, is now presiding over Trump’s criminal indictment. The bias here is evident. It’s alarming to think that a judge with potential ties to the Biden family and their shady dealings is overseeing such an important case. Can we really trust her to be impartial and fair?
This revelation also sheds light on the allegations against Joe Biden. Testimony from Devon Archer suggests that Joe Biden, as vice president, participated in numerous business meetings with Hunter and Burisma executives. These executives are accused of bribing Biden in exchange for his help in firing a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating their corrupt activities. The president denies any involvement, but the evidence seems to be mounting against him.
This story is yet another example of the deep-seated corruption in our political system. It’s disheartening to see how the Swamp protects its own, no matter the cost to justice and fairness. We need to hold our elected officials and their appointees accountable and demand transparency. The American people deserve better than this web of deceit and backroom deals.
