Mark Levin, a conservative talk show host, criticized the judge who was assigned to preside over the third indictment of Donald Trump during a segment of "Life, Liberty, & Levin." He said that the judge, Tanya Chutkan, is a radical partisan activist who is biased against the former president.

Levin, on the other hand, called the charges a disgrace and noted that a president should not have to answer criminal inquiries regarding the election.
